Amidst the chaos and stress that coronavirus has created in the world, there is a section of people who are doing their bit to serve the society regardless of any disparity. A mosque and Gurudwara in South Delhi have come together to feed the migrants in distress amidst the lockdown.
A mosque and a gurudwara have come together in south Delhiās Kalu Sarai neighbourhood to feed migrant workers driven to hunger by the COVID-19 lockdown. The initiative is taken by volunteers from Gurudwara Shri Singh Sabha and a nearby mosque in Kalu Sarai.
Around 700 food packets are made by them and are distributed to migrants in Shahpur Jat, Hauz Khas Village, Mehrauli, Begumpur and Kalu Sarai.
