The Hero Honda Chowk Flyover, that was closed down in 2019 after its damage by the accidental collapse of a large concrete chunk on it, is all set to reopen by the end of March, as informed by The National Highways Authority of India ( NHAI).
The chunk had left a hole in the mid of the highway, and authorities have been working on its repair since then. The reopening dates were fixed thrice before, but they were postponed as many necessary tests were left to be done on the carriageway that connects Delhi to Jaipur via Gurgaon.
The recommendation report based on the tests is yet to be received. Once all the parameters are okay, it won’t take much time for the flyover to get operational in full swing.
