Hyatt Regency Delhi has got on board Orel Levy, from Israel as their resident Bartender and Mixologist. Get ready to witness some crazy bar tricks Delhi!

Despite being only 25 years of age, Orel brings more than 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, giving him the right expertise to always remain two steps ahead, transforming the drinking experience and cocktail culture.

Orel started his career with Beit Hayotzer, Tel Aviv. Later, he moved to Charley Checkpoint, Yehud in 2013. Following this, he joined Little Italy, Sarona complex and Spicehouse Cocktail Bar in 2014. His next assignment was Zman Amiti as an instructor in 2015, after which he joined Jasper Bar as a bartender. His most recent assignment was The Imperial, Tel Aviv-Yafo. This is Orel’s first trip to India.

His drinks entail a fine balance between simple and intricate and he strongly believes in personalizing the drinks according to the customers choice of flavour and spirit preference!

Orel’s main expertise lies beyond the usual vodka and gin-based cocktails, as he places rum and tequila as the front players in his signature cocktail!

With his distinctive style and diligent execution, be prepared to encounter a reinvented bar experience with his creative concoctions.
