One of Delhi’s biggest illegal alcohol hubs now sells milk instead of country liquor! Surprised?

How about the fact that 50 odd vendors of illegal liquor had a change of heart? In fact, after a word with the police they shut their old jobs and turned a new leaf. Heera Devi’s home, that has a huge fandom, now has a sheet of paper on the gate. And it says –

‘Yahan ab sharaab nahi milti hai. Sirf doodh bikta hai. Kripya sharaab na maangein’

Moreover, three such women have started selling milk and cottage cheese. Besides, others are planning to sell vegetables, open grocery shops, or start a tenthouse business.

However, there are still many people in Sangam Vihar who are continuing with the peddling of alcohol. Recently, as many as 42 bootleggers were arrested, although they were all released later.
