As the country enters the fourth phase of lockdown, India remains under the spell of coronavirus. To keep the city going, here are a few things that have been allowed to resume operations in Delhi in lockdown 4.0 by the Delhi government.

All shops in markets and shopping complexes have been allowed to open. For shops selling non-essential items, the odd-even policy will be followed. Government and private offices can also open with full staff strength. Cabs like Uber and Ola, autos and taxis can start functioning, although only 2 passengers in a car will be allowed. People can also take out their private cars, with a maximum of two passengers. Non-essential activities will not be allowed during the 7 PM to 7 AM.

Although, barbershops, salons, restaurants, religious places, cinema theatres and educational institutions are still not allowed to open. Metro services too are not allowed to resume in lockdown 4.0.
