The Delhi Metro has been a blessing to us in many ways and we seriously can’t thank DMRC enough for giving us Delhi Metro. Well, guess what? DMRC has come up with an innovative idea to take us away from the hustle-bustle of the city near the Chhatarpur metro station. Read on!
The area around Chhatarpur Metro Station is a meeting point of roads between Gurugram, Vasant Kunj and Chhatarpur and therefore is always choked. Hence, DMRC has now created a network of pathway flanked by greenery for smooth pedestrian movement.
The authorities have developed a public plaza, halt-and-go parking bays for buses and Grameen Sewa and autorickshaws. This will ensure a smoother and peaceful movement of vehicles around the station. We think it’s a great move by DMRC.
