One of the largest kitchens in Delhi, Bangla Sahib is still running and providing meals to the hungry scattered in the city. The Gurudwara started with making 40,000 meals and now will soon reach the 3 lakh mark.
The staff works on 18-hour shifts in the temple’s kitchen, with bandanas tied over their noses and mouths.
