Dive into the flavourful saag paneer, a traditional preparation with spinach and homemade cheese and Saron Da Saag made with ‘tijara’ (mustard leaves) that is served with Makkai Ki Roti, white butter and jaggery. Their chef signature recipes include Prawn Linguini with black garlic and truffle oil, Pork Kolhapuri which is landrace pork belly made with hand-pounded Kolhapuri masala, Baked Sweet Potato with spinach and much more.
