With Hand-Painted Glass Windows, Intriguing Floral Sculptures And More, AnnaMaya At Andaz Delhi Is Symbolic Of Indian Flavours

Know It All In 30 Seconds

AnnaMaya at Andaz Delhi incorporates the picturesque bylanes of Old Delhi and Europe in its interiors, depicting class and chic through every corner.

What To Expect?

Designed with natural materials and indigenously sourced slabs of stone, glass and wood, the décor at Annamaya focuses on sophisticated informality paired with an eclectic mix of styles. Juxtaposed with this is a brown and white geometric tiled floor, such as the one found in markets and food halls in Europe. These elements have helped to integrate the local flavour of Delhi with the look and feel of a traditional European food hall. The larger than life floral sculptures have been selected by renowned art curator Rajeev Sethi, that add colour, form and an interesting dimension to space.

What You’ll Love?

A huge pomegranate with its red seeds spilling out will greet you right at the entrance. Each of the artworks represents the edible elements that are a prime ingredient in some of the traditional regional recipes found in the Indian subcontinent. Inspired by sustainable sourcing, plant-forward recipes, Future 50 foods and consciously sourced artisanal ingredients, the place has come up with a new menu that showcases classic winter favourites with a unique flavourful twist. Devour dishes like Sarson Da Saag, Prawn Linguini with black garlic and truffle oil and Pork Kolhapuri for a flavourful experience.

Bottom Line

Apart from being a treat to the taste buds, AnnaMaya is an aesthetic treat to the eyes. Check out for yourself!
