Ambiance
As soon as you enter this restaurant the first thing that’ll catch your attention will most probably be the ambiance and if you don’t want to waste any time while waiting for your food or if you plan to go here by yourself there will be one thing accompanying you and those are the books,they are kept in the shelf”s which are easily accessible while sitting.
The staff here is warm & welcoming , you get to know about that as soon as you take your table and sit.
Starting with the welcome drinks you cannot miss the Red Wine Sangria and the Orange blossom both of them are a must try, you just cannot get over the fruity punch in the wine, the taste lingers in your mouth even after a while and same is with the Orange blossom.
Chef Saurav has introduced Bao’s to Delhi asVery less people knew about it.
Food
There is a line of starters waiting for you: chicken dumplings which tastes really good to the chilly chicken which is made perfectly with the right amount of everything. The most impressive out of the lot was the Mushroom and you can never even imagine that how the mushrooms can be cooked in this way, they tasted amazing crunchy and only Chef Saurav knows the secret to make them. Be it stir fried golden prawns or the sushi you can’t miss out on anything.
Talking about the Bao’s they are something old n different, you can relate to the taste but really don’t know what it tastes like it’s something new. the Tofu bao and the Chicken bao are a must try ,the crunch inside the softness of the bao leaves you in a surprise and makes you want to eat more of it.
In short if you ever crave Chinese and Japanese food this is the perfect place for you to spend some time and have delicious food.
